1. Returns
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
3. Exchanges
