Validity of Plan: The plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
Service Utilisation: All services included in the plan must be availed within the one-year validity period.
Unused Benefits: Any unutilized services or benefits will automatically expire at the end of the validity period.
Cancellation Policy: Enrolment can be cancelled within 5 days of purchase by submitting a request via email at [email protected]
Pre-existing Conditions: Surgical procedures for ailments or conditions that were active or diagnosed before purchasing the plan are not covered.
Multi-Pet Discount: If you have more than one pet of the same species, you are eligible for a 10% discount on the second pet’s plan.
Service Coverage: Services listed in the plan are provided free of cost. Any additional services not covered under the plan will be charged at actual rates.
